Challenge #143 - "All Wrapped Up"

Good Morning Paper Shelter followers, well I dont know about you but you certainly need to wrap up well in some places in the world at the moment, in the USA because of the snow and in the UK because of the rain, Ive never known it rain so much in winter for years and its relentless and it makes you wonder how much longer it can go on as its done so much damage. Anyway to cheer ourselves up I want to thank all those that took part in last weeks "Digi and Sentiment" Challenge we had over a 100 entries and I hope we do just as well for this weeks theme "All Wrapped Up" and that I will leave up to you to interpret for yourself. I actually set it as being wrapped up against the cold but I see some of the Design Team have had other ideas so I will accept both.
Anyway before I show you what the girls have been up to you will want to know who won last weeks "Digi and Sentiment" Challenge and the lucky person picked by Random Org is:-

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, this week its the turn of the A Team to wish you all a Very Happy New Year and to say I hope the weather is kinder with you than its been with us here in the UK, we have had a enormous amount of rain here and the rivers that surround my part of the woods have flooded badly and areas along side of them has caused no end of problems, luckily I live at the top of a hill so we have got away with the worst of it.
Anyway I'm sure you don't want to hear about my tale of woes and would like to know what theme we have for you this week and its all about "Winter Blues" and that means we would like you to create a card using "Blue" as your main colour and hopefully something with a winter theme as well, but I will leave that up to you and look forward to seeing what you come up with.
And now you will want to know who won last weeks "Winter Birthdays with Sentiment" Challenge, and it was a delight to see so many of you are now using The Paper Shelter images and I know that Veronica loves to see what you do with her designs, and the lucky  person who was picked by Random Org is:-
