Challenge #496 - Chocolate Cake Day

Good Morning to all our Paper Shelter Friends and welcome to this week's new challenge!

This week's challenge theme is a fun one and we would love to see your wonderful creations with the theme of....

Chocolate Cake Day

We would love to see your cards and projects with something chocolatey for this challenge. You could include a chocolate cake (of course!) or use the colour chocolate all in honour of Chocolate Cake Day which is celebrated in America on January 27th!

Team B have made a fantastic collection of projects, all so different, but showing a wide range of the gorgeous images available from the store.  I know you are going to love their projects.

Before I share their cards though, I'm sure you are eager to know who won our

New Beginnings challenge

Congratulations to Lucy Patrick.

And here is Lucy's gorgeous card using Hammock Days.

We now have a quicker way for you to claim your prize of a $30 gift certificate to the Paper Shelter Store and this is by clicking on the Contact Link at the top of the blog. This will take you directly to a page for you to fill out with your choices.

Please can you also add  New Beginnings Challenge Winner in your subject line so that it makes it easier for Veronica to see your choices. Please can you also make sure you claim your prize by this coming weekend.

As always for this week's challenge our sponsors are The Paper Shelter and they are generously offering a really fabulous prize of $30 to spend in their store.

I know that you have heard this before, but this amazing prize will only be given if you have used one of our products on your card which could be either an image, paper or printable.

However, even if you haven't used an item from The Paper Shelter and you are picked as a winner you will still receive 3 digi images of your own choice, so I'm sure you will agree that it's still worth taking part in our challenge.

So many more of you are actually using The Paper Shelter items in your creations so a lot more winners are now winning the whole $30 to spend, which is just fantastic!

You can enter up to three projects but one of these must show one of our products please; its only fair you do so.

Please make sure your project is a new project for this challenge and not one that has been entered in previous challenges. No backlinking please.

Now for Team B and their utterly amazing cards this week, I know you will love them and I'm sure you will find lots of inspiration from them for your own cards and projects.

We are also saying a very sad goodbye to our long time lovely DT member Julie, who is stepping down from the design team. Julie has been with us for many years and her cards having always been a great inspiration to us all. She will be sorely missed by the team and I hope you will all miss her fabulous creations as well. We wish you all the very best of luck Julie. xxx

Aren't Team B's projects all just absolutely delightfully chocolatey? Well done Team B and thank you so much for creating all these wonderful projects.

Don't forget if there is a image which the Team have used above on their card which you would like to use for your own, don't forget to click on the "Using" link above each of the cards and it will take you directly to the webpage where you will be able to buy it. They really are fabulous value too.

Please don't forget, if you wish to take part in the challenge, that you are allowed to enter up to 3 projects but please can you make sure that you add one of our products to at least one of your entries. If you don't, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for any of the prizes.

And now it's over to you to show us what you can do with this week's challenge theme "Chocolate Cake Day". We are all looking forward to seeing what you decide to do with it.
